Duration
Pilots run for 3 to 6 months, giving research teams sufficient time to incorporate GrantsMate into their existing funding discovery and collaboration workflows.
Access
Pilots are offered at no cost when an institution on-boards fewer than 50 users, regardless of the institution's total size. This allows teams to fully test the platform's capabilities without upfront financial commitment.
Measuring Success
At the outset of the pilot, GrantsMate works with each institution to define a set of shared success metrics. These metrics are tracked throughout the pilot period and reviewed together at its conclusion, ensuring both parties have a clear, evidence-based understanding of the platform's impact.
Next Steps
Institutions that find value during the pilot period have the option to transition to a standard sales contract, with pricing and terms based on institutional size and usage.
